Brian DeLude for Mayor Announces Route for Labor Day “Walk Across Berlin”

Berlin, CT – Democratic mayoral candidate Brian DeLude today announced the full route for his upcoming Walk Across Berlin, a community event set for Labor Day, Monday, September 1, 2025. The walk is designed to connect neighborhoods across town, highlight Berlin’s history, and bring residents together for conversation and civic engagement.

The walk will begin at the South Kensington Fire Department and continue through many of Berlin’s most recognized community landmarks, including:

  • Petit Fields / Berlin Little League Complex
  • Berlin Senior Center
  • Kensington Congregational Church
  • Berlin Town Offices
  • Berlin Historical Society
  • Kensington Volunteer Fire Department
  • McGee Middle School
  • Emma Hart Willard School

  • East Berlin Volunteer Fire Company
  • Berlin Fair Grounds

The walk will conclude with a Town Hall gathering at Campaign Headquarters, 1176 Farmington Avenue, home of the Berlin Democratic Town Committee.

The Walk Across Berlin is free and open to the public. Residents are invited to join at any point along the route or meet the campaign at the final Town Hall.
