BERLIN, CT – The Berlin Democratic Town Committee (BDTC) will hold a grand opening celebration for its new headquarters on Saturday, September 7, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The event will mark a new chapter for the committee as it prepares for the upcoming municipal elections.
